Cell Phones Slow Travel Times for Motorists

A new report just released explains how the use of cellular telephones has slowed travel time for motorists but no new facts on increases in Auto Accidents.

The study which you can see here, explains that most motorists go 2 mph slower while talking on the phone and do not switch lanes as much.
